I mean I know a lot of people like Okuu, myself included, but these threads are getting incredibly stale with everyone just posting the same things over and over. Maybe it's just me though.

I get this impression too, but I think it's kinda of unavoidable. New/unusual things pop once in a while, so I don't really mind.

God, I hate how Griffon fucks up so many chars. I can count the decent Griffon touhou statues on one hand.

I wish GSC at least kept making nendoroids. They could have stood to make Alice, Satori, Patchy, Okuu, Mokou etc. And don't even mention the petit patchy/alice, I have those yet still want full-size.

To be fair Griffon figures aren't that bad (At least 'some' of the more recent ones anyway). I feel they're a tad overpriced for the quality you get, but beggars can't be choosers.

I don't mind Okuu getting threads all the time (since I like her too), but only if people actually are willing to do their homework and post new stuff of her besides myself.

On another note, half a dozen more Okuu books, mostly C81, are on their way soon.

You're missing the point. You buy it for the pose and the awesomeness of the design. Just place it somewhere that's somewhat far from you where, you can't really see the face details, but still able to admire the overall design, and you're set.
