GGs. Fun matches, but sorry, g2g! The Suika is shaping up nicely from only one days work. Also, is that 623 alt. card melee AND bullet? I kept trying to graze through it only to get hit... Your Komachi could stand to use more j.2A though. I only won that round because after the 2nd match, I didn't expect you to do them, and I was right.

Any tips on bettering my Reimu? I'll read them when I get back.

ggs Magister. If there's anything I learned from those matches is that I play far too defensively, which doesn't work very well against someone who has some nasty corner BnBs.

I think I'm finally getting the hang of moving with Suika(even if I usually move by fog, which gets me hit most of the time). As always, I think my defense could use work...

It's just bullet, but I can see where you might think there's melee in it. The corner blockstring I made with that altcard is pretty solid, but if I'm not point-blank when doing 5AA -> alt623B after rushing back in from instant j.6A -> j.6B -> j.5A, the fireball will whiff and you'll have a huge gaping hole to high jump out of. Other than that, if I do it perfectly(hurrhurr fat chance), you'll have to Border Escape.

Yeah, I try not to abuse it because of godly cross-up, and we all know that blocking the wrong way gets fucking annoying after a while.

It's probably only because of the way that *I* play, but I feel like Reimu was made for pressure. If there was ever a character to be aggressive with, it'd be her. But that's just my opinion, because I'm aggressive with everyone but Komachi.
