It's theoretically in its final testing stages now, and Womi's updating his blog fairly regularly. I should probably hesitate more in saying this, but...I think it's actually going to come out at some point this year. Maybe even C82.

So I used applocale the whole time: installing, running the game. the Install progress has some "notifications" in complete japanese so I cant barely tell what they were about, just clicking "ok" anytime they pop up. Then I run the game (with applocale, of course), "missing RGSS202J.dll" - download and copy paste - run the game again and saw the error shown in the pic

In terms of metal this comiket has been fairly decent, both Unlucky Morpheus and Demetori's albums were excellent, can't actually decide which was the better out of the two. New CROWS'CLAW was a complete disaster though, every track sounded very similar to each other. Haven't listened to new ~xi-on~ yet.

In terms of EDM this comiket hasn't been great; I really enjoyed t+pazolite's solo album on Hardcore Tano C and voids album but Alstroemeria/ALiCE'S EMOTiON/Sound Online/Studio "Syrup Comfiture"/The other TANO C release were mediocre. The Toho Eurobeat Mix was okay but the mixing wasn't brilliant and there seemed to be one or two mastering problems with the tracks.

Also DDBY's Cafe de Tiouhou 3 is excellent as expected, although I wish he would go back to producing Drum & Bass/Liquid Funk/'Jazzstep' tracks, but I like the label's current direction so I'm not fussed.

Spring was released at a really minor event at the start of 2011. I have one or two other albums from that event, and they usually take like half a year before they start popping up, if they ever do.

But don't give up hope, since it's part of a series, chances are it might get re-released or someone finally decides to upload their copy.

Listening to SWING HOLIC vol.8 again now. I really love the "Rural Makai City Esoteria" arrangement, it's just glorious.

They left a huge exploit in the Hisoutensoku fight oddly enough. If you stand all the way to the left of his head you can shoot Youmu's ranged attack at its head with impunity.

It's like they forgot Youmu had a ranged attack for that fight which is funny since breaking two of the orbs in the very next stage requires you to use it.

ENS, Tatsh, foxfactory and the first Buta-otome album are great. Currently getting the second one.
As for games, Myon Dengeki is decent but lacks a bit replayability value. Best graphics I've seen in a doujin game though. SV is a rapefest on high levels. I'm more anxious for Garukilla.

I've been using Winamp 2.95 since its release, fuck 3.0 and above.

I dont know why, but I tried out foobar about a month or two ago and its.. its really nice. Its simple, extremely customizable as far as the UI goes. it can be full of shit or nothing at all but a play and stop button.

No reason why anyone should not use foobar.
You can make it looks however you want and it is the best software to rip/convert shit.
It is even better to use foobar to transfer your songs to ipod compare to itunes. I am pretty sure it comes with a plugin to play rar/zip mp3 as well.

What's wrong with .tta? It's lossless, that's why it's so big. I don't know why Japanese rippers (they're doing this right?) prefer TTA over FLAC, but at least there are free decoders for TTA on all platforms. I can only read the katakana, but it leads me to believe I need to install with my langauge set to Japanese (tried changing applocale, didn't work), but I only have Windows 7 Home.
