I'd juѕt like to interject for a moment. What you're referring to as Tokiko, is in fact, just another public name, or as I've recently taken to calling it, a shitposting name. Tokiko is not an individual poster unto itself, but rather a collaboration of fully functional shitposters of /jp/ made possible by the shitpstr group on Steam, neo-/jp/sies and everyday raiders arriving from other boards as contained by 4chan.

In fact, many regular posters use an unmodified version of the Tokiko name everyday, with the intent to shitpost. Through a peculiar turn of events, this version of the typical shitposter has become known as Tokiko, and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the name itself, originally developed by the shitpstr group.

There really is a Tokiko, and only one person uses it, but he is still just a part of the shitposter subset. Coal is the name: he is 17 years old and he has type 1 diabetus. Since he has been here, he tried to join the inner shitposting circle but managed to creep them out and make them all uncomfortable enough to get rid of him. Tokiko is normally used in combination with shitposting: the whole process is basically shitposting with Tokiko in the name field, or shitposting in general. All the so-called Tokiko posters are really variations of shitposting.
