How do I install this VN game, "Taimanin Asagi"?

I've downloaded the files and the english patch, but I am not sure how to run it. I'm not sure how to translate the setup from Japanese to English or if I am even doing it right.

Is there a general set of directions for installing any kinds of these VN's?

Sorry! I am a virgin at installing Japanese VN games and /r/ rarely has anybody who knows about Visual Novels :/

Go into control panel, language/region settings

Change your unicode settings to Japanese.

Restart, and run the install. The moonrunes aren't that hard to figure out.

Boom, now you can play that shit in English.
