This was one of my first experiences with Kikan-S a few years back. Jock Sturges photo spread out of nowhere full of underaged blonde girls. They're not all like that but they do run it every so often.

I get them from the local Japanese book store. Cost about $60 a year I think (four mooks, literally it's "quarterly S"). I also get small-S which is more art creation oriented. Kikan S is more of an art display mook.

If the cover is innocent, it's innocent.

Maybe in USA you would be arrested and thrown in prison just like the hero Bradley Manning because you took a photo of your five year old cousin at the beach, but here in Europe we have sane laws and this isn't a problem.

Maybe if you would stop bombing brown people, you could focus on bringing your country up to a 19th century standard of living? Here in Europe, we don't let people die of easily treatable diseases just because they don't have hundreds of thousands of Euros. Maybe you should give it a try?
