I find that exfoliating your skin with hot water and baking soda does wonders to help prevent that. Just scrub the area with baking soda after shaving. If it continues, then there are moisturizers out there that can help with that

I've actually taken to shitting in the toilet and washing my ass off in the shower to prevent that. It feels so barbaric to use paper to clean myself in public restrooms. At the very least, I try to use moistened papertowels, with either diluted vodka or plain water, depending on how germ-free you wish to be
