well started reading Mugen Renkan. it being Liquid game it's taken that it has already almost broken my dick even though I haven't read much yet. as for plot, I kinda like the premise and story even though the sotry-ero ratio is still pretty bad. well this is Liquid so I'm not excepting too much. but I do hope they would atleast explore the story a bit more than just make it excuse for ero one after another with minimal story. As it definately could have bit of potential and it seemingly would explore few themes that I really like.

Well, I used to work in hotels before being a neet so that's why it bothered me so much. That's also why I was interested in it, but I had a hard time accepting the game.
By no means appeared to be a bad game from the amount I played, and I'd imagine most people could like it.

So the year has almost ended, what were your highlights?

For me I'd say Eustia. Loved it when I first read it though I must admit I was a bit disappointed by the last chapter immediately after finishing it.
But after thinking a bit about it and rereading some part I appreciated it a lot more.
Great mood and setting, interesting characters who don't try to pander (too much) and strong thematic.
And honestly the writers had some balls with some of the choices they made, especially considering Eustia was made by August of all companies.

Been reading オトミミ∞インフィニティー inbetween daily nukige.

Don't really care about the overall premise/story, but I like the heroines so I'm treating it as a charage. The main heroines for the most part all match their respective animal's personality.

I find it hard to believe that the protagonist is part of the few normal people who like 獣人, considering how normal they all are but that's eroge.

I really want to do Mayoi's (pictured) route first but her route requires every other route to be completed first, so I'll probably do Kon's route then grab a savedata

Kamidori was also lots of fun from gameplay perspective. liked VenusBLood -Abyss- too quite a bit. also liked SG Code;Revise too, because I'm fan of the series, although the game was bit of let down but still liked it a lot. there should just have been more routes and different outcomes to it.

Believing that this time Fue's art won't be ruined by shitty co-workers who drag her down? In the end, it turned out to be the shittiest of all. You know what it feels like to read vanitas? Since Love Plus got translated and heard all the talk about it, I'm interested in getting it as well.

But I can read Japanese so I'm thinking of getting Love Plus+ instead since I heard it has some kind of extra material (don't know exactly what though). I've read all my previous DS-only VNs with an emulator, but since Love Plus+ is a bit different kind of "VN", I'm considering getting an actual DS Lite for it. My friend would be willing to give me his spare hacked memory card adapter (or sumthing like that) when I buy the console, but I have few questions first regarding Love Plus+:

*I've read that Love Plus+ (but not normal Love Plus) has some kind of horrible joke DRM that makes the girls dump you forever if you're playing a pirate version. I assume this is easy to bypass when using an emulator, but what about the real deal? Do I need some other physical parts to hax DS or is the fake mem card / hacked .rom enough?
*My DS will be European, does the game have a region lock or something similar?
*Any other possible problems I should be aware of, before I spend a hell load of money?
Sorry if these questions sound stupid but I've never had a hacked console before.

Family members and other shit prevented me from reading anything, but I finally managed to finish Rain's route in Baldr Sky. I guess it was ok, but the constant flashbacks played out like a bad shounen story (perhaps intentionally, but still frustrating) and they just had to keep hammering that Rain isn't the main heroine for her whole damn route. I hope this was supposed to serve as an introductory part and the real deal starts from here.
