Ever get that feeling that you're being watched? Like if your parents installed a mini-camera in your room and are watching your every move?

It's driving me nuts.

Not really.

Damn right.

Get a tin-foiled hat like I did and you'll feel a lot safer, trust me.

I don't like mirrors because I always get the feeling I'm being recorded when there's one around. Or maybe some faux wall behind the mirror with an audience, like interrogation rooms at the police station.

>> No.8217146

All the time. Being on the internet and all, you could very well be watched at this very second.

I used to when I was much younger, only because my shitcup of a mother used to look through my draws.

I'm sure it's nothing

>> No.8217156

A long time ago after seeing how I disliked being watched all the time and how I would spend time alone by myself in my room, my parents told me that they installed a camera in my room. I remember when they told me. I flipped out and broke down and punched holes in my walls and then broke a huge hole in my door that I had to cover up with a blanket afterwards. I searched my room for hours but I found nothing. I still don't really know if they actually installed a camera or if this was supposed to be some kind of ridiculous joke.

Years later, in a new house I do not let anyone in my room. I am never out of my room for longer than an hour if I do leave it and it's locked with a deadbolt that only I have the key to.

>>8217156
Oh, and yes. I do have the feeling that I'm being watched, especially when I have my windows cracked open to allow someone to maybe see something if they looked hard enough or when I'm in my front or backyard. I only feel like I'm being watched in my house and in my neighborhood. For whatever reason this causes me to talk to myself while alone to try to justify the things I do, if by chance someone is watching.

I think it's gotten worse. I answer questions that I don't even think of.

>> No.8217178

I'm pretty sure my flatmate keeps a blog about everything I do. He also monitors my internet traffic. Thank god for HTTPS, too bad 4chan doesn't support it.

No cameras here though, I've checked every single corner of my room.

>> No.8217180

>>8217165
I also sometimes talk to myself while alone in case someone is watching, but more to freak them out than to justify myself. It makes me feel like I'm in control of the situation even if I am being watched.
