Ive kept trying to think along the lines of "Ones immune to Koishi's global-mindrape thing", but satory is obviously at least partially affected, while remi is *probably* not.

Oh well, sucks that the author probably wont finish the story if he keeps his current pace.

Its not the ones she does not like its the ones that Koakuma does not like. Notice how patchy is seemingly normal out of the rest. The ones she does not like will look disfigured while the other one that she really despises and want to be erased first are the ones that know too much about her(Satori) and/or could compromise her plans.

Koishi is not the one causing the touhous to be crazy.

Just realized this is from Koakuma's viewpoint

Any other new things you guys notice when rewatching the series?

Might be obvious, but I notice that in the Ein Geistesmädchen Von Hartmann Opening, Koishi's eye is open until the end, and during the middle when she is holding a bloody Satori, her eye is also opened.
This whole time I just thought it was something about Satori at the SDM.
Guess that means the whole bloody Satori returning Koishi's hat and her going crazy with the tentacles was before the whole adventure and probably some time after the beginning of Part 9.
