I am not a doctor but when I get hungry my stomach hurts. So you must be really hungry. I recommend forcing your self to eat. Not too fast though. Spend the day take little bites of food.

I never get hungry, just nauseous. So I have to pick routine times of day to eat, because my body doesn't really tell me and after eight or so hours I start wanting to throw up and get headaches.
