Not really. There are quite a few particular pictures I can't stand, mostly endings of doujins, but not particular Touhous.

The way I understand, POV isn't something that exists in itself, but a person or an object can have a POV. You don't say "here's the POV, right there, don't you see it?", you say "this is from that person's POV".

So when we say that a picture (or movie, it's a popular expression in porn) is POV, we're saying that it's viewed from a person's POV. Just that in pictures like these, it's not important whose POV it is, just how these pictures let you feel like you take part in it by inserting yourself into the POV.
