Is marisa overpowered in Scarlet Weather Rhapsody? She's the only one I've been able to beat the game without struggling on anything harder than easy.

Her kamehameha seems like it's cheap because it goes through everything and it's really fast.

Her moves have massive startup frames, leaving her very vulnerable after and before a failed move, her 623B-C/alt623B-C (Infrarred Field and Ultraviolet Field) is not as useless as many people think (using it when cornering enemies is good) but it is very tactical, and unforgiving if used wrong, her Demotivation, Ground Poisonous Gas and Green Potion spellcards are useless, and I would add Corolla Vision here, but it is a good 5AAAA ender .
