I was planning on just using three or four people and going to the DMV to get legitimate driver's licenses for them since I'm not sure how thoroughly the people at the welfare office check licenses and shit like that. I found this stuff called Teslin that will go through a standard inkjet printer and when you get it hot to laminate it it stiffens up just like a real ID.
