Though the Wind Cries. One of the best depictions of Suwako and Kanako's first encounter and the events before and after it that I've ever seen. Also one of the rare cases where CGrascal's translation isn't completely terrible.
It's got a sequel, Though the Wind Blows, but that's tragically not translated.

Misspelling aside, yes, this man is a fucking God and almost none of his works are translated. That's if they even get scanned in the first place.

I love the grimdark-ish Doujins from Striped Pattern.

I was particularly fond of TTT's mariari doujin from a few comikes ago.

There are too many good artists out there, you'd be better just downloading the biggest torrent you can find.
