I have this childhood friend who become the singer of an indie band. Among the various songs the band made this childhood friend of mine always sings a cover of "the promise you made" in concerts.

I don't remember ever promising anything to her.

I don't want to know, it's always depressing.

One of my best friends from elementary committed suicide a few years ago out of depression. We hadn't seen each other over 8 years, and I met him by chance a few months before he did it. We didn't really have much in common anymore so we didn't say much, but I still wish I could've done something to save him.

I used to play every day after school with a girl.
She went to the same school but she was a year younger so we couldn't see each other so much during school.
She suddenly transfered away to another school because apparently the girls in her class were mean to her..

Don't know, I never had many friends in elementary school, and lost all kind of contact when entering middle school.

She moved to another school, a private, fee-paying school, apparently became a bitch and did drugs and fucked a bunch of guys and failed to get into university. Probably pregnant now or something.

Got in touch with them recently, they are fine and successful.

I'm starting to rebuild a relationship with one of them and we became friends again, while i meet the other after like 6 years and we had a long talk about what happened to us.

They were twins, family friends, and a bit younger than me. We would go on trips together, like road trips and camping and stuff. They would always get upset when I pretended I couldn't tell them apart. We were all crushing on each other pretty hard but that was a really long time ago.

I have no idea what they are doing now, it's been almost 10 years since I last saw them.
