Depending on what you listen to, those could range from just barely being normal to more obscure than touhou remixes. Not sure what normal is supposed to be in this context. The hipster trash I listen to isn't normal by anyone's standards.

I listen to dark ambient, once in a while. I used to listen to a lot of industrial and noise but I stopped enjoying that a while ago. That's probably normal by the standards here.

Lately it's mostly Diverse System compilations. Over and over.

I listen to classic rock still, but most of my other music tastes probably wouldn't be described as "normal"

What stands for "normal" these days are terrible dubstep and bubblegum pop and rock.

Well, I wouldn't know, I had not turned on the radio or spoken to normals since forever.

I actually really like Owl City, The Beatles, Steely Dan, Nightwish, Sublime, and Billy Joel. 95% of my music collection is fucked up shit, but I'm not quite hipster enough to stop liking bands I've listened to for years.

Anime and music, as well as any other media, is made almost entirely by well adjusted members of the society (normals).
They have jobs, girlfriend/boyfriend. Some even have children.

I still wonder what makes certain material 'not normal', since most of reclusive anti socials will never contribute to anything except silly image macros, internet forum posts and, of course, their parent's money.

Refraining from enjoying certain kinds of entertainment because it would hurt your reputation among your peers makes you as bad as the normalfags you are criticizing.

No, mostly because I believe my tastes changed a lot when I found out about doujin Touhou music. Then again, I guess I've always been a fan of purely instrumental music, so maybe it didn't change at all. I just found more sources of it.

Either way, those things my sister listens to aren't bad, but I can't say I like them either.

There are some rap and local punk/rock bands I still follow from before I was into /jp/-tier entertainment, and from time to time I stumble upon something new that catches my attention, no matter the genre.
Oh, and some more or less classic popular music bands.
