I hate kids too op.

I'm not usually a big fan of vocaloid.. but this made me rage D:

I admit, this would have been a great rage challenge, I had to quit after about a minute. Not even so much the idea that people would react negatively to her, but the way in which it was done.

As a singer myself I can honestly say this vocaloid stuff sucks. The program is incapable of providing much if any dynamic contrast or emotion and feel. Human singers are always superior, singing the same songs.

Not only that, but the "lingo" used is about 2 generations too old.

You mean a good singer would be better, and I agree (except when the software is used in a way a human singer couldn't be used, which is rare).

The point of the software is to allow hobbysts to compose and perform the music without having to find a good singer (or to "prototype" the song, or back vocal, or as a synthesizer). My guess is that more than 90% of the songs created with the software (if not nearly all) wouldn't exist without it, so the software serves it purposes (which is not to outperform humans).

That being said, the technology is too young, and it is slowly improving. An example (although using a software that captures pitch and dynamics from a singer):

ironically a lot of singers before vocaloids existed used hardware and sofware to make their voices sound robotic and they still do that even today. They basically paved the way to vocaloids themselves.

The thing I don't understand about this "kids react to" video series, is why they put a 14 years old girl in there.
If she bleeds down there she ain't a kid, dude.
