I think I was starting to turn like you too, I spent last year in my bed playing crpg, fapping and rarely going out of my room, that was depressing as fuck I couldn't stop thinking about I was an useless waste of space.
But now I'm trying to man the fuck up, I got new clothes, new hairstyle and I'm going to uni, I hope it goes well.

All of my clothes are from when I was 13-15. I've lost a lot of weight so they don't really fit me. My boxers have begun to lose their elasticity so I've just stopped putting them on. The majority of my clothes are T-shirts and pajama/sweat pants. I own three pairs of basketball shorts and four long sleeve T-shirts that I got last year for Christmas. I don't know where my jeans are, but I do own one pair of those. I haven't washed them in years. They're very uncomfortable due to the way the belt pulls the material. They also hurt my testicles for whatever reason.

I find that how well I feel depends on my body odor. The more unpleasant my body odor is, the more unpleasant my mood gets. So even if I don't go out, I could never stand to go more than 3 days without showering. Even if I try, I just realize after a few hours of feeling like shit that not having to shower is not worth having to feel like shit.

I drink quite heavily every day, and some days I just don't feel like walking to the bathroom to piss 20 times a night, so I just piss in the beer can I just emptied. I have gone weeks without throwing them away. At one point, there were over 40 half-litre cans full of month-old urine in my room, the smell was horrifying...unlike anything I have ever been through, but that was nothing compared to the chore of having to empty each can, individually, one by one, into the toilet. And most of the cans didn't just contain old piss, there was mould, and other things growing inside and around the cans. A few of them actually didn't spill a drop when I turned them upside down, the mould had grown so thick the piss couldn't get out and I had to stab them all so I could empty them.

I really think to this day, I could have died back then. It was the most horrible, disgusting thing I have ever done.
