I have still yet to buy the dress of my dreams, mainly because Im low on money and its really awkward to go buy one. Online has the bad thing that it might be a wrong size. One of these days I will get one.

Being female is only good when you're young, don't do it if you're already starting to turn stale. You're better off being male.

I'd be female, but it would require some serious molecular engineering. I'm not much for fake surgery or hormone therapy.

Well I'm only 24 and nothing is that bad. It's more a worry and at the end of the day it's about how I feel inside of myself. It's not like I'm going to go out clubbing.

A few years ago I would give everything to become female.
I bought a bunch of clothes and learned to make up. I also changed my looks dramatically and lost 10 kg.

But at some point I just felt it was not worth it. I wanted to do something with my life that didn't depend on my looks. I guess I got annoyed of all that forced socialization you have to do to get into the TG circles and all that... Not worth it.

I've decided to take it easy now, but still hate to look too masculine. Now I just ignore that horrible feel when I'm aware I look terrible and it goes away eventually.

Most people who start HRT do it at quite a late stage in their lives, its not always about being able to look like a female to others as much as its about feeling like one for yourself.

Obviously being a passable female is something everyone wants but the older you get the harder that becomes.

In the end its all about being able to live with yourself, and alot of people with GID gladly take a "slightly" masculine female body over a pure male one.

I have a fairly androgyn body but the face could do with some work. I grow facial hair semi-rapidly though so I'd need to get stuff done for that. I have heard pretty good success stories from people who are 40-50 though, it seems uncommon.

I'm going to see a gender therapist soon.

I don't actually want to be female, but I trap a lot. Some of you may actually have seen my pictures before, but I'll refrain from revealing my identity here. I'm passable and currently have sponsors who occasionally buy me clothes in return for tasteful pictures of me in them.

I have found recently that plucking facial hair can be a good trick to get about a week respite for masculine facial shadow and shaving. It also seems to temporarily improve the skin since you shave less.

The first time was very hard and it hurt like hell and took about 20 hours to get most of it off, especially all those hard translucent hairs. Afterward my face was numb for a day, and my fingers holding the tweezers were a little numb for a couple of days. But that feel when your face is silky smooth.

The second time went much easier than the first and it seemed like I had to pluck less than before.

Now I just need to find a way to get rid of arm hair without it turning into visible ingrown hair before coming through.

I pluck all my facial and underarm hairs regularly. Underarm feels amazing, but the facial hair gets into an odd state where it's visible but too short to pluck.
