I noticed that you used around 12Mbps 60fps in the Kago Tsuji segment. That's really overkill, you don't really need 60fps for that low movement video and I bet you could reduce the bitrate. Also, I didn't understand some things they asked in the quiz (do you still you want me to translate it?), but barring that, it doesn't seem very hard to translate.

It's necessary to try and retain the "look" of MPEG2 without too many artifacts (banding/macroblocking) or looking too soft (which I probably dislike more) for the high resolution and framerate I use.
