On the day of the tournament:
All of you need to join IRC for the matches. The IRC channel is yet to
be decided, but it's most likely on irc.mizuumi.net. The preliminary rounds
will be played simultaneously, but once the blockwinners are decided
the matches will be played one by one. After you've played a game,
report the results to Satsu. Also, do not start a game without Satsu's
permission. Save your replays and send them to Satsu after the game is finished.
Try to keep the random chitchat away from the IRC channel on the day of the
tournament, try to set your schedule so you won't have to take long breaks.

Final words:
Even if you're not very confident in your skill, you should still join. The level
of this tournament is not expected to be very high and other newbies should be
around too. The point is for everyone to have good time and get the first western
SWR tournament done.
