I had gall stones and I must say it was probably the most painful experience in my life, but that was mainly because I laid on the basement floor moaning in pain for a week before anyone would take me to the hospital.

Well, I never said personality is 100% upbringing, that's stupid. I even said that genes only shape biological aspects of your character. I was adopted by my stepfather after my mom pushed him to it. He got thanked with a mutual divorce and child support bills for the next 6 years. If that wasn't dumb enough he did the same for my sister who is 14 years my junior, although he's keeping them now so he actually gets $100 or so a month from my mother.

I couldn't take care of someone else's kid. Raising someone's inferior genes so they can help pollute the genepool. If I wanted to spread some of that I'd have my own kids.
