Why is telling curvy lasers to move on a custom spline curve so impossible in Danmakufu?

The TV drones in an indefinite litany of noise, set in a channel nobody is watching. Instead, I'm looking straight at the roof and its fascinating paint. Drowsiness takes over my body, as the combined efforts of the unwatched television and the inviting warm lap on which my head is resting convince me that a nap is not such a bad idea.
Her hand stroking my hair is not helping either. Blinking turns into a labor, struggling to keep open eyelids of lead.
"You're falling asleep," she says coming into view. This close, low angle is not flattering for her face, as she stares into my sleepy eyes.
"Noooo-" my answer trails off.
She leans back out of my view letting out a sigh. Is she bored? I guess tending to a guy falling asleep on your lap is boring, I can't really tell.
"Are you bored?"
She sighs again, but this time I know the tone. That slight exasperation towards me, a feeling I have grown so familiar with ever since we started dating. I like to think it's a good thing, at least I've learned one of her sighs and she's still ever so patient.
"No. That was a relaxed sigh. I would push you into the floor if I was bored".
She would. I make a note of it in my head.
"Sure you don't want to do something instead?"
"What, a normalfag thing? I'm not in the mood right now, I just want to, you know, sit back and pet you. Like a cat." She smiles at me with that last thing.
"So I'm just a pet for you." I say watching the amused look on her face.
"Yup. A stray I'm nursing back to health."
I laugh with her and realize that I really don't have a problem staying here all day, half asleep on a girl's lap.
"It's cool being a cat then." I mumble closing my eyes for good.

Well, I was going to do that once I finished Episode 7 since it'd be kind of silly to do it before knowing anything about Will. I haven't really been reading it recently though, since I've kinda lost interest in Umineko for various reasons.

Could I make a request for a graphic for my own Laser Mima project?

I need the actual Twilight Spark part of Twilight Spark from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kofnEdB8Blc in a form similar to the attached pic. Just the yellow and black and blue giant laser, I've already got Master and Double spark as you can see. I would do it myself, but I'm only barely competent at such things and would like this to look as impressive as possible. (I'll probably spend a bit more time touching up those two sparks on the left, but I can manage that.)
Ideally it would be at least twice as long as these two, since I'd like to make it look like it's moving.

I will of course give a mention in the readme file of the final folder.

In the meantime, I'll try to attempt it, but it's probably not gonna be very pretty.

There is no "supposed" to. There is only "what this guy/that guy" uses. You can use whatever works. One of the first obstacles you'll have to overcome as you start drawing is depending on others' examples too much.

Find something that works and try it. When you're done, you can decide whether you want to do it differently.

If it's specific procedures, like masking, etc. then there are plenty of guides out there if you google. For beginners, it's best to start simple, though.

I've finished what I want to do for now, so here is a Ten Desires set of Arkham Horror investigators/ancient ones.

Includes everyone from Ten Desires and a few other cards. Remilia needed balancing, Yukari's card had a horrible spelling error, and I broke Keine up into two cards.

I know the Miko/Futo ancient ones are awkard, I just thought they were more aesthetically pleasing the way I did it.

Links to all the older downloads are included in a text file in case anyone interested didn't download the old ones, I was quite surprised by the number of people who downloaded the other sets, though, so I hope everyone got a chance to use them in a game.

What: Divide the 36 playabe songs from Project DIVA (the 1st) among participants, and each artist will try to complete one drawing related to one song per set period of time (as yet undetermined--tentatively one week, but subject to change as depending on participants' needs).
When: We begin now, and continue until all 36 drawings are finished.

Why don't you study the basics first? No offense, but just tracing will get you nowhere. Look up some how to draw anime guide on Google and work from those. Practice a lot. And yes, we all know drawing from real-life is better and blah blah blah and all that jazz. That doesn't matter right now. This guy first needs to do some simple stuff and still have fun while doing it, and you don't get that with doing real-life studies right away. Working on a web-based lolicon dating sim. I made a post a while back, maybe someone will remember about it

It has some compatibility issues with firefox (because of javascript), I am working on it, but as I never programmed anything in js I am having some delays.

Also, I made some flow charts with the algorithm is going to use and some plain .html with the options (not animated or anything), going to fix the compatibility issues and put them together in the website (in 2-3 months, because I am busy with college atm)
