there are many cute girls out there. cirno does not have her own manga, and you probably won't enjoy her game but...
she stars in a game called 'fairy wars' (not the erotic one). it's a scroll shooter. plot? she chalanged the other fairies to see once and for all who is the strongest. try getting the translation.
Another game- touhou 12.3 (the spelling of the name escapes me). it's a fighter-type game. the plot? she saw a giant human shape and decided to tame it.
