Note, this is NOT an upload thread. Simply a way to keep the upload thread cleaner by directing discussion to better place.

Been enjoying the game you got recently?
How was the new album?
Jerk yourself blind over that new loli doujin?
Lets talk about it.

I've been playing Bioruru 2. Its amusing, feels like more a chore than a puzzle game though.
Also enjoying that Foxtail Grass + Forest306 collab album. So good..

Music: Very disappointing yet. Today evening i will check out 15 more albums. If i don't like these either i will give up.
Games: Well, i found 6-7 games uploaded yet. Grief Syndrome was the most surprising and enjoyable one.
Doujinshi: I don't even save these. "(C80) [龍企画 (龍炎狼牙)] FARFALLA Due" was the most fappable. Because i like the former one and transgender/trap-stuff.

Hardcore syndrome 5 is great (源屋 Bad Time is my favorite I think), I hope some of the albums I downloaded are great relaxation and background for reading.

Music - Some of my favorite circles have disappointed me, but nonetheless, I'm enjoying what I can.
Also, I just found out Icarus'cry got an album out. It has the potential to be the best release of C80, so I'm waiting warmly for the download to finish.

Games - Really weak this time. Ten Desires, Grief Syndrome, and RefRain. That's all for me.

Doujinshi - I never pay attention to these, but holy shit, every man on Earth should read this:

Music isn't great but the Higabana tracks were good I think, which I guess can't be said about the game. Only the Chosen Readers Of Ryukushi-sama would outright like it, that is, nobody likes it.
Grief Syndrome is great. Ten Desires is an okay Touhou, though it feels sort of serial and ununique. Tried to play Suiguri, but apparenty I only have two buttons for attack, one for supper and one for dash and combining them however I can, it's still frustratingly hard. I know there should be shield, but the game won't let me conging it. Also it loads for a really long time, considering it's just two characters and 2D background.

My thoughts, because you totally care:
Music: Nothing terribly impressive, but still great. I'm an instrumental/orchestral fan, so I'm just happy to get them. Good or bad, it makes for great background music while doing other stuff. Isn't Swing Holic's new album coming out? The album cover makes me hnngg so hard.
Games: TD, AoS2, Grief Syndrome are all pretty fun. Age of Ethanols could be interesting, if I bothered to take the time and learn how everything works. I want Paper Tenko ;_;
Doujinshi: I fapped to the IS one. Other than that, I don't really download them.

Alsteromeria Records good as always. Also enjoying the EastNewSound, Yuiko, S.C.X. Still need to try the new games also.

Somewhat off topic, but the Alsteromeria release from C78 or 79, For Your Pieces, has a excellent iteration of Necro Fantasia (Masayoshi Minoshima)r. Does anyone know of albums that have a similar "laid back but still fast paced and with a driving bassline" sound to them? The first track off EastNewSound this year kind of reminds me of it.

Floating Cloud, グーシャンダグー, xi-on, Foxtail-Grass, Forest306, and As/Hi did not disappoint. Music Advance's debut album 「Time Unlimited」 also blew me away. Tatsh, k-waves, and C-CLAYS' albums were only decent (I had hoped for more especially from 「舞音 -MUON-」, since 小峠舞 is my favorite Touhou vocalist).

For AoS2,
Z X - Attack
C - Super
V - Dash
A - Melee (hold down A, then press Z or X for melee)
S - Guard (requires one super bar)

Incidentally, holding down Z / X sometimes gives a different attack than just pressing it (depends on character) and holding down V and pressing Z / X gives a different attack (again, depends on character)

For supers:
If using Standard input:
ZC (or just press C), XC, AC, AXC (this one requires full 3 bars)

If using Advanced input:
Same as above, but you need to press C and then the other key (i.e. CZ, CX)

(Both methods give the same supers)

The AI is pretty challenging at the start. It's probably a good idea to stick to easy mode until you are used to the controls.

Actually 5.

There's also a VC, I forgot about that the first time.
(Hime's VC is especially notable for giving the opponent 300% (max) heat.)

some tips for the game
- Use dash to graze enemy projectiles. Some (like Nanako's lasers) attacks cannot be grazed.
- Most projectiles can be cancelled by other projectiles / lasers / whathaveyou
- When you dash your heat bar goes up. Pay close attention to this, it acts as a damage multiplier when you get hit. i.e. at 300% heat, you take 300% extra damage from all sources.

Stick to a character and practice a bit in practice mode to see what combos work and what doesn't.

Expecting a v1.01 patch soon to fix all the infinites which really break the game.

I was actually underwhelmed with the AI in AoS 2. Though it's my first AoS game, I did get an intro to the series through Sora. And based on how I couldn't even get a full run on arcade easy in Sora, I expected that I'd have an ass-whooping head of me in this one. In any case, I still picked hard like a man, because only elementary school kids pick anything lower than max level, even if it's their first playthrough and didn't realize that there was a "practice" option in the match mode. Long story short, though it wasn't a cakewalk in it's definition, it didn't really live up to the dread/excitement that I had before I tried the game. Especially fucking Star Breaker. I found her to be in the lower half of the strongest enemies.

Sorry, I just wanted to express my frustration, this is not to say that I did not enjoy AoS2 though, I'm still playing it even though I believe I've unlocked all of the hidden items for v 1.00.

In return, I guess have a link to the Daidaijiru Wiki?

Thank you! You didn't need to go to the effort of posting download links; just the names of the circles and albums would have been enough.

I would probably never have found out about some of those albums on my own. And that's coming from a guy with ~75GB of Touhou music already. How did you find the stuff?

By the way, I found the uncompressed WAV for one of those shamisen videos (in 32-bit float (!!)) and re-encoded it in 24-bit FLAC (since FLAC doesn't even support 32-bit sample size). Enjoy.

「法界唯心」 (Shamisen, flute, and butsugu arrangement of 法界の火 and 感情の摩天楼 ~ Cosmic Mind, from http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm13449139)) (24-bit FLAC)
