Not everyone hates them, especially as time passed and they appeared cute in Inaba. In fact, they'd be among my favorites-if Toyohime didn't carry their teacher Eirin's racism. I loved Yorihime stomping Team EoSD though

In any case, the main difference here is that the Watatsuki sisters are happily married, while Seiga didn't give a crap and ran away to live her own life as a wicked Hermit. They didn't have condoms back then, so if they really consummated her marriage she'd probably have had a child in all those years.
