There are events in South Korea, Thailand and Indonesia that have doujinshi events but I don't have any specific names for their events, sorry.

Taiwan has doujin-sales events that are similar to Japan's. Nothing the scale of Comic Market of course. Dunno for other countries.

China has ACG events many times every year in some major cities, the best ones imo occuring in shanghai, taibei, guangdong
