As for my final note, I would recommend this series for viewers who like anime in general, most recommended to individuals who like a mahou shoujo genre anime that is geared towards the more mature young audiences as the series contains elements of drama and dark themes.

I legitimately don't have a problem with madoka and feel it was a decent show, even if it demonstrated a complete lack of understanding regarding physics and energy to the point where I had trouble suspending my disbelief.

If I were to rate my entertainment derived, I would give it a solid seven.

It's not like it's a secret that Urobochi loves borrowing ideas from things he likes and putting them in his works.

You all seem mighty butthurt/samefag. So what if he took a couple (maybe a whole bunch of ideas.) I would watch something with moe girls and in some cases great action and visuals. I would not have watched....what looks to be a power ranger knock off. The director brought the story to me and I enjoyed it. Did I think it was Eva good? No. Would I spend $100 (at least) for a huge box of it? No. But shut the fuck up about how he copied it from someone else.

I remember something about Nitro+ greenlighting 6 anime projects recently, I can look for the link. Dunno if it was ever confirmed that Saya was one of them, but I wouldn't find it unlikely considering Gen's success and 6 titles being quite a lot. Though Saya wouldn't really work as a 12 episode series. Maybe a 3 episode OVA or something.
