HOW TO INSTALL PLUGINS:
put the .vac file into your Plugin folder in the CM3D root folder

HOW TO INSTALL TEXTURES.
get CM3D extractor, drag texture.vac on the extractor.exe
receive "texture" folder
go into texture folder, look for the right .png, replace and done
drop texture folder on the extractor.exe
receive texture.vac
your previous texture.vac is saved as texture.vac.old

General threads have followers. Each and every one who have an active interest in the thread makes sure to bump it in the time of need when it is in the pages 10 or above, or close.
Everyone, on the board knows of the general threads, so no need for them to be on the front page to gain awareness. Rather, everyone interested in the threads already know of them, and quite possibly already follow them.

The general threads are among the threads in least need of bumps. Especially on a relatively slow board such as /jp/ where the threads don't travel down the pages that fast at all, and survives days on average even without bumps at all.
