I really wish these people would translate some of the better RPG Maker games, rather than this, which I really didn't like at all. The content is boring.

What about Scale Garden games? Seiren Harp and Breath of Fire and Iron (and the third one which only has a demo out so far)? Everyone loves those games, why not translate THOSE.

I wouldn't even care if it was just a notepad file with all the lines translated and neatly organized with scenario titles so you know when to read them.

I'm so disappointed in the translation community, personally. But don't think of me as an unappreciative asshole. I'm just glad anyone cares to translate anything, to be honest. It would just be nice if at least ONE game I really like could get a translation for once.

To be fair, the games I suggested are loved by all. At least they have a really big fanbase.

No but yeah, stick to games with boring content where you play a little boy who gets randomly raped by monster girls. Maybe for a good hour or so you can pretend you're actually that little boy and fill some kind of lonely hole in your soul.

Heck, the artwork isn't even that good.

>How the fuck they're moving so fast?
Because they aren't used to translating VNs. They improperly estimate the work needed, and they don't seem to understand the full weight of all the steps involved in such a project.

Personally, I expect one of two possibilities from this project.
1. They realize a whole bunch of mistakes (either with their actual work, or with how they measured their progress. Possibly both), and it turns out the translation will take longer than they expected.
2. They don't realize a thing, and releases a sub-par product ala anime-fansub.

Man, just because you'd like to see the story finished doesn't mean you're "playing it for the story". You'd rather not play most games on mute, for example, right? Even though you're not really "playing them for the sound/music" it adds to the experience. Same deal here.

>Because JAST has been mentioning Nitro+Chiral every so often and is close with Nitro+ we figured they may be considering one of their titles in the future. As such we've chosen to withhold the patch releases currently, however we are still working on the game.

>Pretty much if we finish working on it and JAST hasn't made any contact with us (thus meaning they aren't interested) it'll be released. I'm hoping translation will be finished in the next month or 2 (Daggers busy at the moment) and I'll finish editing soon-after that. I've also started inserting the English files into the main game already so hopefully by the time Shiki's translation is complete I'll have all the current routes already inserted into the game. I'm also testing ways to see if its possible to fix some bugs people encountered. Like currently, unless you have SHIFT-JIS installed on your computer, the game will crash when routes diverge.

Some attacks aren't used on normal difficulty, and some require certain conditions before they're used, such as Slime Heaven (you have to be under 50% health when she grabs you)

I'm not sure I'd even call it that. Softhouse Chara and Debo No Su games are mediocre and I got a lot more enjoyment out of them than I did Daiteikoku. Granted, I played it back before they patched the literal requirement to savescum out of the game, but it's still not really a game, just a slightly more complicated exercise in putting shapes through holes and then clapping your hand like a retard.
