If it's backgrounds I won't have problems since I can create my own but I do know several people who really wanted to start creating their VN's... it's just that they don't have access to quality material that can be photoshopped or used as it is for BG's... those guys are young and talented and lot's of potential... all they needed is a bit of a push and some help... especially in the graphic resource department...

True... but not all are affordable... and most non-commercial OELVN makers out there are either just hobbyist or college students who really can't afford them, unfortunately most of them also don't have the necessary skills (yet) to produce their own graphical resource but has a story to tell and as I have said earlier, give them a push, a helping push... to help them create their first VN... who knows, some of them might even surpass Nasu or Ryukishi or maybe a few will be encouraged to master the art of BG making... like Kubo... also, this could be used as a reference or inspiration for creating original BG graphics...
