Just so you know, even in IRC, few people play with weather disabled. In the event of a shitstorm/Typhoon/superarmor, I always go to a corner and sit, even if my opponent continues to beat down on me. If they win that way, fine with me, but weather tends to be a mashing contest tipped in favor of characters with strong base damage. Usually they get the idea and stop attacking until the weather lifts, but there was at least one anonymous who continued to attack me. That was lulztastic.
