I am irrationally angry.

Play the games, read the official books? That's what I did and I'm confident I know at least all of the windows characters by personal and family name and a bit about them.

I play the games, but I only know about 50% of touhous

Only reason I want to know is so I can pick them out in /jp/ threads.

I'm don't want to ask what touhous they are when someone posts them because /jp/ would yell at me.

Is there just some big picture where they're all labeled?
Or am I not that lucky today.

WHY

This most certainly isn't all of them, but it's a few (from the 11th game, Subterranean Animism). Most of the time, just memorizing them helps. Knowing a few facial/dress features and personality helps, too. Also, figure out which characters are more important than others. Alot of the time, you don't need to worry about knowing who Parsee or Yamame are, because they barely show up anywhere. People like Reimu and Marisa, however, are very important, because hurrdurr main characters.

As >>7542323 said, the picture was made before PoFV, which is the 9th game, so if we assume the introduce, say, 6 new characters per game (which sounds about right to me), there's about 24 more? I'm definitely off, but it seems like a good enough estimate.
