Oh wow so many babbys missed the whole point of drama and Shiki's character development in each movie, that's just pathetic and ridiculously funny at the same time. I'm feeling a bit ashamed because of that, it's like to be smarter than kids from kindergarten that missed any signs of character development in KnK.
Her character developed a lot after the car crash when she lost her second personality, after she believed in herself with Touko's help and decided to live further, after she finally recognized her love and sacrificed herself only for Mikiya.

The point is that her mind is the same, all that changes is the principle behind her actions. As far as I know Archer isn't a different personality of Shirou. Crimson Moon Arc and Arc have the same age, they have lived the same time and experienced the same things.

She is an aspect of Arc. The same way as Dark Sakura and Sakura. So yeah.
