Odds are good you'll get your wish by sundown, actually. She's a pretty girl, but that particular look *really* doesn't suit her. Its nothing but harsh clashes all over, and none of them contrast in a good way. The black, STRAIGHT hair against very light skin makes her face stand out, alone, unadorned. Instead of that pixie-cute quality, she looks like a whitewashed space alien with an oddly-shaped face. The little, PINK hat perched so far up her head just multiplies that effect, working against her face instead of with it, further making her face stand alone, as it were - and all of THAT emphasizes the lazy eye, which is what REALLY throws it off.

It makes her look creepy, and that takes some goddamn WORK with a girl like this. I checked the other pictures in the thread, and it took me a while to confirm that she has a lazy eye - its that unnoticeable in most of the shots. Which should tell you how badly flubbed those "witch hat" pictures were.

Meh, I usually find that enhances a girl this pretty - otherwise, after her photographers and all are done slathering on the makeup and designer outfits she looks like a porcelain doll. "Perfect" beauty is boring as hell because its effectively generic. Artists commonly use a technique where they set off the rest of the composition with one small spot or element that does not match perfectly, and the dissonance greatly emphasizes the rest of the piece. That's an example of using contrast well.
