Pretty much, I'm in a sense glad they're doing a bunch of 00 shit, more Real Grades, and a bunch of those shitty like.. HGFC and Gunpla Builders kits. Unless they do something insanely nice for later this year, like an MG Barzam or something, I think the only things I'm holding out for are MG Delta Plus and presumably HGUC GM III and GM Cannon II.. and Xamel if they ever make it (which seems possible, since they're getting around to wrapping up all 0083 suits).

I do echo the over-sized stands though. Shit's ugly. I'm considering getting some clear plastic ones custom-made to replace them, fortunately you can just pop the figure right off the base for these and they slot in with pegs.

I guess the one nice thing about the black bases on the Griffon Touhous is that they come with a brushed metal nameplate with the Touhou's name/title etched into it. Kinda cool I guess.

That's actually a really good idea but I don't think you should HAVE to do that to get them to display well. Griffon figures are already way more expensive than GSC and Alter!

As far as I can tell that's not correct regarding Paypal. I just opened up Paypal then, and they were quoting me a rate 3 yen higher than midmarket rates, which translates to an extra cost of about $1.30 (on an ¥8000 purchase). I'm not interested in this exact figure, but it reminds me how hard it is to choose between blue and white sukumizu. When it's just a matter of saving images that have both version, I usually say that the appeal is slightly different, so I can just save both. But with a figure, it would be hard to choose.

Now I could have sworn this was at 20% off when she was released but I hesitated buying her because I was hoping I could make one large order without paying extra shipping later. Never had Kotobukiya's Marisa lamp but I sure do love to get one. I do have their Yukari though, pretty sweet that it came with a jigsaw puzzle and I've put it on the wall. I'm kind of disappointed that that's the only bonus item it's coming with.
