I guess it makes sense. Many 9th gen kenkyuseis had been in the group for almost one year and a half by now, 10th gen since a shorter time but still a lot compared to the previous rounds of auditioners. Their probation time had indubitably been stretched beyond reasonable limits (usually, it's a couple of months and you're either in or out) for various reasons. I say that given the credit they earned for themselves thanks to their Ariyoshi AKB Kyowakoku appearances, their theater work as well as the fact they got themselves quite a following for a kenkyusei (Mirorin above all), granting a full promotion to them all was long overdue.

Pretty much for everything else, most of what they translate is very recent and they are quite fast at releasing softsubs given the size of their staff. They're some episodes ahead of Nihongogo in their own translation of Majisuka season two.
