Perhaps, but BB does not have a dog.
Although in all fairness, BB does have a superior dog, however not a playable one and thus a moot point. BB does have a cat, a wolf and a squirrel - if you squint a little - but no dog.

Not arguing either is better, only they have different content.

Weiss is really good, she has moves for pretty much anything. I actually fought a water one that destroyed me.

No chip damage, bubbles and a command grab with 3f start up just to throw you off if you think you are safe from her normal one?
It really made me rethink water as an arcana, though some characters rely way too much on burst for it to be usable I guess, since she was playing very defensively.
