FSN actually is pretty bad, I never liked it.
Worst Nasu's work easily.

1. Generic harem
2. Very stupid generic MC
3. Plot is pretty retarded even for "porn with plot"
4. Saber is soooo boring
5. A lot of fillers like kitchen crap
6. Rider without a route
etc

I'd believe Kageaki being a sorcerer. A vampire, rather. He never ages, is ghostly pale, has oddly sharp fangs and can do crap no human has any business doing (though not to the extent of Taoluo, of whom capacity to pull off ridiculous stunts starts approaching infinity as he nears death.)

That aside, I still want to see a Demonbane parody where real books are used instead of Lovecraftian tomes, leaving our hero Daijuji "my penis is an eldritch horror on its own" Kurou to team up with little girl SICP and send his foes to the Land of Java using Deus Machina "The Sussman".

It subverts a lot of tropes, is written pretty well for the genre's standard and has possibly one the most "lol i trol u" heroine systems conceived.
But yeah, I guess it has classical action and fighting with superpowers, though it's not the only thing it has going for it.

The best part is Chapter 1 where you're struck with a fairly generic high school student except Kageaki pops up out of nowhere with a "Whoops, am I late? Anyhow, heroics in my game? I'm having none of that!" attitude and beheads the poor lad

You're really asking for it aren't you? The answer is no. I find it hard to believe that anyone would actually consider F/SN to be better game of the two, unless you happen to be Takajun.

They shouldn't even be compared to begin with since both are totally different games and Muramasa is leagues ahead anyway. That is not to say that Muramasa is without faults, though. F/sn is full of shitty anime cliches and it doesn't even explore any themes, unlike Muramasa. I'm saying this as someone who loved F/sn.

Being the title for the 10th anniversary of Nitro+, I'd bet he also got a lot more time and budget than the average game.
I don't know, I like his style a lot but Hanachirasu wasn't exactly a mindblowing masterpiece. If if he were to write more games I sort of doubt they'd turn out that good.
