Not seeing honorifics when you hear them is kinda annoying. Could be worse though.
I recall a number of JAST releases had translators attempt to jump over their heads. They didn't use honorifics and tried to show the relationship status between characters changing how they address each other. Something like:

You see - Oda!
Now this was shit.

Huh? There are no Japanese places mentioned in this game at all. The city they live in is an obvious tribute to Gotham City. Also, you can see it in the Apocalypse chapter with Cthulhu moving, that the country they are in is the US.

I usually prefer having no honorifics unless there is a good reason to include them, but ever since that landslide poll by Mangagamer where 96% of customers wanted honorifics left in, I'm surprised that Jast would be putting out titles aimed at the main VN audience without them.

You have a few options.

One is to wait until someone writes the tools which would automate most of the voice insertion process (this might also include PS2 CGs and PS2 movies and PS2 BGMs). Tools for extracting and insertion from/to PS2, PC and THEBEST(and USA version) have existed for months/years.

The other option you have is to do the insertion yourself by hand copying all the commands like you did with Koihime.

The first option may take more time depending on how much free time the programmer has, the second option will take less time if there's a horde of anons doing work which would probably be done automatically, but may also be less reliable as far as overall quality is concerned and will require someone to coordinate all the work (on IRC or here)

By the way, where are the save files stored? Obviously not in the game folder, yesterday I was playing with a preinstalled one with the main folder in the desktop and now that I'm using the official game installed in C: it can load the saves I did in that other one.

Not the same issue, but I had a problem with the Lemuria Impact video in full screen mode where the screen gets black after the video, and I fixed it changing the "Display Monitor Setting" to bilinear mode in the config menu.

Well, I found something in JAST forums:

No, I was playing Tohya for sure. But the second sex scene with Len (the one when you make the contract) is missable. If you don't have the necessary "flags/points/wathever" with her the game don't give the option to fuck her, only the other one (she licks the blood of your finger).

I think there are more H scenes, because the gallery have more spaces to complete. Even Ciel-sensei at the end of the game says something about missing the H scenes of the heroines of Tsukihime, and what you need to do in order to get them (erasing some archive of the game folder, because you need to repeat the whole game from the beginning of the first day).

Even if I were to give you a PCK unpacker (whose format is rather trivial), I don't think inserting voice tags will be that simple.

Here's the history of Demonbane versions:
- Demonbane (PC) CD version. NPS engine. PAK version 2. Unpacker/repacker/patcher exists for it.
- Demonbane (PC) DVD version. NPS engine. Slightly newer PAK version. Minor differences to CD version.
- Demonbane PS2 version. NPS-like engine. PCK archives (somewhat different than PC ones, but easy to unpack once encryption is understood). Game is different in many ways to CD/DVD version, it is fully voiced, the text has been rewritten in many parts, there are many new videos, many new BGMs and many new CGs. As it's a PS2 version, ero was replaced with story parts.
Unpacker exists for it, but I don't think it was posted anywhere public, ask in #tlwiki if you want a copy as someone there is bound to have it.
- Demonbane THEBEST - this was a port of the DVD version to N2S engine, which has many differences between the PC version. Scripts are based on the DVD ones, but the actual internal format is quite different as it's a new engine. This version is available as a download from online shops. A generic N2S unpacker/repacker exists.
- TLWiki's Al branch translation. This one used the engine from the CD version (NPS), had a few fixes on top of it. It used the PS2 scripts for Al's path, with the changed text, new PS2 CGs, complete voicing, new PS2 videos and BGMs. Same tools as CD version.
- Demonbane USA. This is based on the DL version "Demonbane THEBEST" and half of TLWiki's translation (Al's path). Engine is N2S. Unlike the TLWiki version, all the PS2 resources were not retained, however the CGs were uncensored. A generic N2S unpacker/repacker exists.

What you want to do is similar to a 4-5 - way diff between these versions as they are all derived from each other. The options are to either insert voices in the USA version (N2S), which is a bad idea as there are various hard to fix bugs in that engine. The other option is to just insert the text from the USA version into the CD version, but using the PS2 scripts as they've done originally, this way you can have not only voices, but new CGs, new movies, new BGMs.

There is someone working on something like this already, but don't expect it to come anytime soon, so if you want to do your own version, you're welcome to.

All in all, I'm pleasantly surprised with this. I didn't have super high expectations for it in the first place, but it turned out to be very enjoyable, and I don't even like giant robots that much. Actually thought the Lovecraft stuff was handled in a decent manner instead of feeling like it was just shoehorned in, and they were fairly accurate with it as well.
