Elisalotte Report:

Tried her out in mission just right now. The mission is kind of buggy currently, but her gameplay is pretty straightforward.

She has the attack speed of a vanguard in pump up mode normally, and has a 3 swing attacks that like 30-40 damages each. Her attack also consist of a pretty fast and good homing forward charge, making it pretty easy to get in range and start wrecking.

She has built-in aura-charges that instantly fill her wb gauge. I haven't checked if it fills up on attack/on damaged.

In AURA mode, two shield deploys on her side, and she gets a new sub attack that combos with her normal. When she swings, if her other subattack isn't in cool down, she will drop down a medium sized ring of swords around her, pinning (shock and immobilize?) her opponents for a few seconds. She can trigger subattack once more to cause those swords to explode and do damage. When she is in AURA mode, her swings take away her gauge, but it doesn't if she doesn't attack. I have not tested the durability of the shield.

From what I have been able to gather from luking here from time to time it seems that cosmic break (at least in the west) is on an ever breaking thread that will be only a matter of time until something will happen that will really fuck this game over.

If that is what is to come then I say that this could have been done better. I dont see why the cosmic break in the west cant be the same kind as the one in japan. Apparently they are doing something right if they have been around longer and still have a good amount of people.

If this is a matter of the japanese version wont give the same implementations in the west then that is a different matter.

Also the gara drop rate don't work that way. Totalling the percentage per gara item won't give you 100%. Each item has its own drop rate. All gold balls are probably around 0.2 - 3%. This has been established long ago, why do you now know of this?

You should definitely learn how to play with shop bots first. Find a type of bot that suits you.
If you're feeling ultra autistic, build up a Seraph Crimrose.
Get a normal Crimrose (only the normal normal one, no Crimrose.E or such, they can't be promoted) to level 10 and get a Seraph Promotion for it.
If you still like the game, buy RT.

Bugsycait(sup hopper), Amateus(art hopper/mb fly art), and Baltheon(shield, dunno if there's any other reason, I don't have one) for cores.
Winberrl(Arms), Psycho Formula(Legs), and Brickgale(BS) for their parts. The arms and legs for a Bugsycait and the BS for air bots. Could still use the Brickgale core for air anyway.
Pump Gun, Boost Gun, and Rail Gun for weapons, but these need you to build more around them.
Other than these, there's not much else that isn't Garapon, unless you also needed good UC things.

Just play with the UC-available Rt bots (Tesladonna, Izuna Kamui, Shino Exroad etc.) first if you haven't already, those are fairly good and will give you a feel of each type. Then decide on what you want to play and buy/roll Garapon accordingly. Rolling Garapon is preferable because you may get not only the bot you want but also a number of useful 3s parts if you are lucky. Those complaining about the abundance of Thoarla should take the time to appreciate her incredibly useful LG.

Shop bots often need Garapon parts to be used to best effect anyhow, so if you get something good like a K-Shield or the Thoarla Lightning Gun arm from Garapon, you can buy a complementary robot from the shop and have a competitive unit right off the bat, so rolling Garapon first and tailoring your choices according to what you get might be preferable if you don't intend to put much money into the game.

If you want a point of comparison, it took me about 400Rt to get my first fully tuned robot and all of this was used in Garapon save 25Rt for Izuna Kamui (there was a half-off sale at the time.) However, keep in mind that this is on JPCB and there were a number of level up campaigns that handed Slot Protectors at the time, which made tuning up easier. ENCB gets level up campaigns too, so I guess that isn't that big of an issue.

That was me- all I can say is wow, that was shitty. I've gotten UC rolls more fruitful than that trainwreck.

Tempura is a nice guy and is a cool GM, but my bullshit detector is ringing on the "not significantly different" probabilities. I've had absolute ass for Rt Gara rolls before- a shitty roll is a car crash and mostly bronze, not a treadmill and 4/5 tuneup balls. Between BOOF and I, we rolled 50+ times for ONE- ONE gold ball. That is either the RNG seeking a vendetta against us, or there's something screwy with the drop rates happening. I'm scared to even roll that Royal Gara anymore.

Tempura if you're reading this, I would at least give the implementation a check. I understand that at the end of the day it's gambling, and I'm not asking for handouts or refunds- but those results seem really skewed beyond "reasonable" bad luck.

I dunno about the Sugoi having this. Personally, I think the Sugoi was quite favorable, simply because NO TUNE UP BALLS.

I rolled Sugoi roughly the same number of times as I did the Royal on the livestream last night. The only gold balls I missed out of Sugoi in those rolls was a Bynegirl and a Gywain BG. The only gold ball I got out of the Royal was a Lily. That sets off some serious red flags in my mind.
The Sugoi was great, but now the royal is a total pile of ass...

The bigger beef I have here is that the vast majority of star coin rewards are a fucking joke. They're not just useless, they are insultingly useless. $80 worth of charged root for ONE shotgun that I can get in about 2-3 arena fights? That extra slot is nowhere near the value. Casinos don't give their high rollers a pack of gum and a plastic keychain, they give them good shit like comped rooms and free drinks. The gara is essentially a casino, so they would be wise to heed this business model. Star coins should be traded in for all-star Rt bots, like a variant of EVE for 40 coins. CS already has my money, I'd like to feel at least a little appreciated for charging that much.

With this game, the tournaments are the only fun part. Winning them without any practice other than stacking shuffle rooms while other teams did hours of team fights isn't really tourneyfagging at all. I know this is 4chan and we don't approve of non-Anonymous message boards, but even so anyone who's been looking at /commu/ for a while has got to have noticed that it took a sharp downward turn in terms of quality a couple months back, and has only been getting worse since. It wasn't simply the monetization of the game that brought /commu/ down, either; the board was still somewhat fun to read until about 2 months ago, when for some reason it suddenly transitioned into being almost nothing but scrubs throwing their money at CS while simultaneously bitching about bazaar, UC>Rt, balance, and gacha rates, and wondering why CS doesn't change their business policies.

What do you guys think could be done to calm those dumbfucks down, and/or encourage higher quality posters to come back to the site?

My best guess would be that it's not a set number- as in, the further out the missile gets there's a difference in its ability to track. Missiles tend to go fairly straight upon initial launch, and then track more as they get further out.

Players with their lagging problems will randomly die instanstly due to poor latency. This is a great idea, seeing that lagging pinoys, HKers, etc will just feed in addition to the already random deaths for no reason. Add that with falling into the pit, enjoy your turtling final.

I read somewhere it that doing single rolls will get you a better chance. I thought any of the multiple rolls would take account of whatever item you got first and go from there which may be a bad thing (that is what I got from reading some of the posts)

Either way I did a few singles rolls wich may or may not have been about x5 and it went from a couple of bronze to almost always getting tune up balls. If the rates are different in x5 than the singles I wont take my chance with that.

Well, idle speculation (which is all you're ever likely to see) about how the garapon may or may not work is a terrible way to make spending decisions. Also, drawing conclusions about probabilities on anything less than a thousand rolls would have statistical margins of error so large as to make the conclusions useless. Hell, even 1000 samples leaves you with a standard error of ~2.5% at 90% confidence and that's assuming it's a simple random probability. Really, it would be cheaper to bribe Tempura for the numbers than to pony up the cash for the number of rolls it would take to get a decent estimate of your chances.

I was hoping here somebody could enlighten me.

Theres a core weapon going around that looks kinda like aquila girls homing blasters (they home in) but the bullets are incredibly long white lasers, does anybody know what this is? I'd get a screenshot but you know, I'm usually on the receiving end.

I for one know its not gywain and its not aquila girl due to the user using Snowflake wings. and Gywain's stardust shotgun is very random and doesn't home in.
