Also the OP pic was adequate since the previous 5-10 lines leading up to it was comical in nature and then she says itadakimasu in an upbeat and light way to start sucking on a penis so it fits the mood anyway

Yes, the Touka one is inaccurate, that was one that was slipped in for the hell of it(though it's not like it's much different from the original, wanting him to come inside and wanting to feel the pleasure of him cumming inside, what a huge difference rite). The h-scenes in general is where you'll see a lot of stuff, since well, they're h-scenes.
