If you ask me, I'm not really interested in "which Touhou is smarter/more intelligent hurr" because clearly different individuals have different qualities and it's more or less impossible to come to an agreement with the limited information we have.

I don't like it when all /jp/ Okuu-fans jump at slightest mention of her being stupid though. It might just boil down to how she in reality is just "forgetful", but that doesn't change anything. Also, saying that Okuu is not bright is not an insult from someone like me. Same for Yoshika, or Cirno, or whoever else. I like them all for who they are.
