Right I want to try and understand Touhou and with Touhou 13, or what have you, being announced I thought it might now be the best time to come in and give it a shot.

I'd rather not not be directed to some convoluted fan wiki and I'd rather stay from fan created jokes and media right now despite how fan heavy some of this media is.

I get that its shump game, I have a simple of idea of who a few of the good and bad guys are but what exactly constitutes Gensokyo?

What do I need to know to understand the Demo of Touhou 13?
