The primary requisite to be a weeaboo is to simply think Japan is the best country in the world, and are in no way Japanese.

An example would be Youtube comments from autists saying shit like "I wish I lived in Japan ;_;" despite the fact that the Japanese would ostracize those socially retarded idiots faster than anyone in America would.

Conversely, one can like animu and animu gaemz without actually being weeaboo, which many people misunderstand.

What's the point in this question? If 'watching anime' alone constitutes 'being a weeaboo' then ask yourself, "am I comfortable with watching anime?" The further question of the weeaboo label becomes irrelevant, as it would just be another name for the activity.

Well yes technically, but I don't see that happening in reality. A weeaboo is someone that almost religiously reveres everything Japanese and thinks Japan is some kind of garden of eden where loli's and high school girls with high pitched voices will suddenly magically start lusting for their tiny, autismal dicks.
