That feel when /jp/ has a bunch of threads about a visual novel so you go ahead and play it and by the time you finish it there are no more threads.

>> No.7184819

Eventually you learn to have discussions with yourself about the eroge you just played

>> No.7184818

That's what the archive is for.

The feeling left behind when you must accept that you will never play the greatest visual novel in existence can be described as nothing but despair.

Blame yourself for being slow.
I also suggest you to play MLA as soon as possible.
I give /jp/ at most 2weeks from now before massive spoilers or classless low level trolling start to flood in.

>> No.7184825

Why would you want to discuss VN's that have already been discussed to death? If every single speculation ever voiced has already been discussed (they have) then there is nothing more to discuss. Go to the archives and read it through.

It's like if /a/ would constantly make threads about 5 year old anime... Oh wait, they do.

>> No.7184831

Because neo4chan has the highest sense of entitlement ever seen on the internet, so as soon as someone plays a game they want to have someone to discuss it with.
It's not really about the game, they just want a cardboard cutout to talk to.

>> No.7184834

>>7184831
neo4chan doesnt even know about the archive.

>> No.7184840

Do I ever know that feel. My OCD compels me to play one game at a time and finish it. Since I only have a few hours a day to spend on eroge I'm always behind. Then that feel comes in.

Yet you still come to /jp/.
You only have yourself to blame.

Here's how to fix that feel.
Make your own thread.

>> No.7184885

If you were a regular browser you'd already have months if not years of waiting for a release so you'd know exactly when you can play and be able to converse at the same time as the rest of us.

So many of the CGs in Touka's route are so hilarious that I almost laughed out laud during those scenes that are supposed to be emotional. Also, I hope that you die a horrible death for degrading my waifu.

>> No.7184902

You're allowed to make threads too you know.

I'd rather have an on topic thread from whoever you are about whatever this is than 20 more tripfag circlejerking threads about that fillipino dickhead.

that and they really like to push shit VNs.
I haven't even played a VN and I can tell this.

Babby's first VN syndrome.
It is the first eroge that they played. Of course they will treat it as the best shit ever and then they will start to self bump and whine when they dont get the response that they are expecting.

>> No.7184947

I'm always late. Plus I don't read the whole thing in one day like most people here seem to.

>> No.7185022

Btw, where was the VN archive located at?

>> No.7185213

I too suffer from slow playing. I'm nearing to finish Moonlit Lovers at least. Though it is always rather boring at the end when you've seen the story so many times already. But I need to completely finish a VN before moving on.

>> No.7185225

MLA just came out in english and just about everyone here seems to be playing it.

...I am still in the midst of playing Unlimited.

I certainly know that feel.

It's like a slight annoyance. A little trickle of anger urging me to call you a faggot and shit all over the thread. I am tired, though, so you get a pass.

Why do you people still browse /jp/ when you're in the middle of reading something that is obviously going to be discussed here? Anyone with half a brain will stay the fuck away until they're done, because obviously you're going to get spoiled right now.

I know that feel, though the worst feel is when /jp/ decides that everyone has played something and writes huge spoilers about the VN without spoiler tags. Playing G-Senjou now and I think it'd be far better if I didn't already know what's going to happen, and I already know what's going to be the big surprise/twist in Symphonic Rain. This despite actively trying not to see any spoilers.

Feels bad man.

I'll admit, it was difficult for me to stay away for the week or so I was reading MLA, but in the end I was glad I did. (Yeah, I was kind of slow about it, but I tend to be kind of a slow reader in general, and in VNs I usually take my time, and take frequent breaks to do other things.)

>> No.7185374

>>7185352
You've just gotta get into the habit of hiding-on-sight any thread with an image of something you're still waiting to play. Yeah, you might still be fucked if the image itself is a spoiler, or if they don't use a relevant image, but it'll still save you 90% of the time.
