All of them should come with a disc, but if not:

To disable the annoying ripple effect when you tap the pen, you can try using the local group editor (Run: gpedit.msc) and navigate to administrative templates, windows components, tablet pc, cursors, and disable pen feedback.

If that doesn't work, just kill the tablet PC input service.

Also, turn off flicks, handwriting recognition, and 'press and hold to right click'.
