What's your logon screen looks like /jp/?

>> No.7124028

Like any standard WinXP user login screen.

>> No.7124027

I downloaded tweaks logon a long time ago, but I never got around to using it.
I see my login screen once every few days or so.

Swore I was on /g/ for a minute.

Picture related. I have it sign in automatically.

The default one, but I use a different bootscreen.

It doesn't, I'm too lazy to set it up and I'm the one who uses this computer the most, so it doesn't really matter much.
Also, here's OP's picture in case anyone's interested: http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=6308561
I love that artist.

Why? For example, it takes for about 3-4 minutes to boot mine.

But I don't have any other accounts, so I made sure I don't even have such a screen.
Instead it proceeds to greet me good morning instead.

>> No.7124151

Why would you need to put a password on your computer?

>> No.7124156

>>7124123
Not really. When you have your system for more than 5 years, there are too much progs for work and study that you just can't erase for lots of reasons.
And what the big deal - just push your boot button, go do some other stuff, come back - PC is ready.

Unless you disable UAC (not recommended), or run a limited account (a real bother), a password is mandatory on Vista/7

really? It was one of the first things I disabled, the warnings were simply too annoying to deal with

It would still be a good time to format, even if you don't want to. No OS should take that long to boot.

>> No.7124252

I don't think it is a secret that even lots of browsers well into their 20s are still living at home here on /jp/.

But I still don't have a password on my computer.
I trust my family to not venture into my room and mess with my computer as they know I am sensitive about it.
I always say they shouldn't mess with my system. (Who also happens to be heavily modified, and full with a whole bunch of crap)

And if you really want something password protected, get one of them HDDs password protected/encrypted rather than locking your OS.
