I see tasofro fixing some stuff, but adding new characters seems far-fetched. Maybe 1 max, but ZUN has to agree, unlike the last time with China. Besides, why would they take the work of creating new characters and adding them for free if they can sell the same thing with a couple new characters, 2 new features and with another name much like MB?

Here's some ideas:
China - Typhoon: No ranged attacks.
Cirno - Blizzard: Projectiles half-speed.
Mokou - Heat Mirage: Grazing absorbs projectiles into spirit.
Suwako - After-rain mud/puddles: Maximum jump/fly height in half.
Momizi - Autumn Breeze: Leaves randomly block projectiles.
Tewi - Dawn Dew: Characters slip on the ground when moving.
Ran - Sun Shower: Projectiles don't interact.
Chen - Partly cloudy: Projectiles half visibility.

If anyone is going to be added it will be China. They have all of her pre existing resources to work with. I, for one, would welcome her back happily. If they add anyone, they'll add Meiling again, since they can recycle the sprites and spellcards. Yuka and Mokou would be nice though. Though I'm not a big fan of MoF, Sanae could work. Remember she's got a wind based theme, so she'd be different than Reimu. The Goddesses could make cameos in her spellcards like Chen and Ran.
